Massage Therapy
Massage therapy has been used throughout the ages, as a form of relaxation, muscle release, and to facilitate natural healing and promote health. By releasing chronic tension and pain in muscles, massage therapy can be one of the most effective methods to combat stress. Massage is the power of touch that enables the body to obtain a higher level of natural healing.

Low Pressure Fitness/Pilates / Yoga
Low Pressure Fitness (LPF)
Low Pressure Fitness is a method of exercise that combines breathing and gentle movement led by Dr Jenna Cornell, DPT in both one-on-one and group class settings. You’ll incorporate every muscle in your body to tone the deepest core stabilizing and pelvic floor muscles while reducing your body’s stress response. Low Pressure Fitness can decrease incontinence, help heal diastasis recti, prevents hernia, improve posture, decrease low back and abdominal pain, decrease constipation, reduce period pain, decrease waist size, increase hamstring flexibility, and more.
Pilates
Pilates is a low-impact workout that builds strength and endurance. It can improve your balance and posture, making everyday activities easier and more difficult ones (like running and cycling) less challenging. It focuses on core strength, breath, precision of movement, and correct alignment. Pilates classes can be taken either 1:1 or as a duet and are led by Katie Donnelly, Maria Dieser, Erin Donohue and Veronique Caubel. Pilates can be practiced on “the” mat, Spine Corrector and on equipment.
The Pilates equipment (Reformer, Tower, Chair, Ped-i-pul) employs spring-based resistance to create muscular strength and tone without building bulk.
Yoga
Himalayan Traditional Yoga is an integrated yoga practice which includes joints and glands, postures, breathing and relaxation techniques, and meditation. Classes can be 1:1 or in a group setting and are led by Mariella Silva.
Reiki

Health Coaching
A Health Coach is a certified professional who uses a structured coaching process and strategies, along with conversational skills, to partner with and engage clients in healthy behavior changes. Their goal is to improve your health and well-being and reduce health risks or challenges such as anxiety, pain, or chronic stress, all while helping you achieve your health and wellness goals
